The Slogar serves family-style fried chicken and other dishes in a multi-course format, starting with appetizers such as tomato chutney and coleslaw, followed by a choice of main courses including fried chicken, ribs, and vegetarian options, and finishing with an ice cream sandwich. The restaurant also offers a smaller version of its menu at the bar, known as the Parlour menu, as well as a unique cocktail and mocktail menu and an extensive wine list. The owners, Ian and Ayla Scott, bring their culinary and mixology expertise to the restaurant, with Ian serving as head chef and Ayla overseeing the cocktail program.
