Serving lunch and dinner right along the Fryingpan River in historic old-town Basalt, we are the valley’s only riverside restaurant. Our patio overlooks the creek, offering a dog-friendly spot to enjoy a beer and a meal after fishing or hiking nearby. We specialize in made-from-scratch dishes with local roots, featuring certified Angus burgers aged for 28 days and innovative trout preparations like Rocky Mountain Trout and Honey-Smoked Trout Dip. Our menu includes sautéed trout with lemon butter caper sauce, Elk Burgers, and Chicken Pesto Sandwiches, alongside vegetarian and gluten-free options. Creative pub grub, sinfully delicious entrees, and desserts fill our open-concept dining room and large porch, creating a relaxed atmosphere for groups and private events.
