Triple J-D Specialty Meats

Starting in 2019 with a supply contract for Burns the British Pub in Broomfield, Triple J-D Specialty Meats established itself as a producer of naturally raised Highland beef and lamb. The Loma, Colorado, operation is owned by Jeff, Judy, John, and Deb, whose shared history on Northwest Colorado ranches led them to raise Highland Cattle. Retail sales expanded to the general public in 2020, with products now available at Skips Farm to Market Store in Fruita. The family-owned business supplies meats to local restaurants and farm-to-market stores and maintains memberships in the American Highland Cattle Association and the American Corriedale Association.
