Transforming a former flooring warehouse into an 18,000-square-foot dining destination, Warehouse25sixty-five Kitchen + Bar opened its doors in June 2015 under the vision of local sisters Terri and Noel Boggs. We serve classic American cuisine that blends tavern fare with wholesome, seasonally changing dishes, all designed to be delicious and satisfying. Our space preserves the industrial character of the original building, featuring exposed brick walls, vintage lighting, hardwood bars, and handcrafted tables made from oil drums. Guests can choose from three distinct areas: the main open-layout restaurant, a sports theater equipped with a large projector screen and comfy couches for relaxed viewing, and a dedicated venue with a stage and walk-up bar for evening events. We provide lunch, dinner, and late-night options, accompanied by a curated selection of preferred drafts, original cocktails, and award-winning wines. Situated next to Mesa Fitness in Grand Junction, we aim to deliver a metropolitan dining experience that feels distinctly local.
