At 354 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Monticello, moving east at 20 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible.Locations impacted include... Monticello, Eastland, and Ucolo.This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 67 and 74. U.S. Highway 491 in Colorado between mile markers 64 and 69. U.S. Highway 491 in Utah between mile markers 0 and 17.
