At 637 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms 7 miles northwest of Cedaredge, or 30 miles east of Grand Junction, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include... Orchard City, Cedaredge, Collbran, Skyway, Plateau City, Molina, Eckert, and Grand Mesa.

This includes Colorado 65 between mile markers 1 and 44.
