Heavy snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations between 8 and 16 inches with higher amounts up to 2 feet over the higher peaks of the Park Range. Winds gusting 40 to 50 mph and occasional gusts over 60 mph over the higher peaks.

Elkhead and Park Mountains.
