At 117 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Eastland, or 16 miles southeast of Monticello, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Eastland, Ucolo, and Egnar.

This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 491 in Colorado between mile markers 63 and 69. U.S. Highway 491 in Utah between mile markers 12 and 17. Colorado 141 between mile markers 1 and 17.
