In Colorado, Grand Valley, Central Gunnison and Uncompahgre River Basin, Paradox Valley/Lower Dolores River, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River, Animas River Basin and San Juan River Basin Counties. In Utah, Southeast Utah, Arches/Grand Flat and Canyonlands/Natural Bridges Counties.

From midnight Friday night to 10 AM MDT Saturday.

Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

In Colorado, Lower Yampa River Basin, Central Yampa River Basin, Debeque to Silt Corridor and Central Colorado River Basin Counties. In Utah, Eastern Uinta Basin County.
WHEN
For the first Freeze Warning, until 10 AM MDT Friday. For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight Friday night to 10 AM MDT Saturday.
