Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall are possible over the Gold Mountain burn scar.
WHERE
The Gold Mountain Burn Scar north of Ouray, particularly along Highway 550 between Cutler Creek and Dexter Creek.
WHEN
Until midnight MDT tonight.
IMPACTS
Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are possible today which could lead to flash flooding and/or debris flows. Residents near the Gold Mountain burn scar should prepare for potential debris flows moving through Cutler Creek and Dexter Creek. Be sure to stay up to date with information from local authorities.
