Southwestern Mesa County in west central Colorado...

•Until 615 PM MDT.

•At 552 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 24 miles south of

Grand Junction, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

•This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of

southwestern Mesa County.
