The Flood Advisory will expire at 8 PM MDT this evening for a portion of northwest Colorado, including the following area, Garfield.Excess runoff from heavy rain has ended over the advised area south of Silt, including County Roads 331, 311 and 324. If flooding has been observed...Please report it to your local law enforcement agency. Urban and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
