At 341 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 32 miles northwest of Fruita, or 41 miles northwest of Grand Junction, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Garfield County.
