IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 1045 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding possible mud over the area roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.3 and 0.6 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Indian Creek, Gunnison River, Rapid Creek, Colorado River, Big Beaver Creek, Mesa Creek, Whitewater Creek, Sink Creek, East Creek and Kannah Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
