At 115 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Grand Junction, moving northeast at 15 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible.Locations impacted include... Grand Junction, Palisade, Cameo, Fruitvale, Clifton, Orchard Mesa, and Redlands.This includes the following highways... Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 26 and 50. U.S. Highway 50 in Colorado between mile markers 32 and 40. Colorado 65 between mile markers 59 and 61. Colorado 141 between mile markers 157 and 162.
