At 806 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 38 miles southeast of Squaw Hollow Boat Ramp On Flaming Gorge, or 39 miles northeast of Vernal, moving east at 25 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Moffat and east central Daggett Counties.This includes Colorado 318 between mile markers 1 and 23.
