At 503 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles west of Loghill Village, or 17 miles southwest of Montrose, moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Ridgway, Loghill Village, and Colona.

This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 550 in Colorado between mile markers 106 and 115. Colorado 62 between mile markers 6 and 22.
