At 544 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles west of Yampa, or 33 miles southeast of Craig, moving northeast at 45 mph.HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated.IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.Locations impacted include... Steamboat Springs, Oak Creek, Yampa, Phippsburg, and Toponas.This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 40 in Colorado between mile markers 124 and 151. Colorado 131 between mile markers 31 and 68. Colorado 134 between mile markers 1 and 10.
