At 442 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Highway 145 between Norwood Hill and Placerville. Between 0.6 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring with multiple mudslides reported around 3:30 pm MDT along Highway 145 between Norwood Hill and Placerville.HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
