...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 8 PM MDT THURSDAY FOR GUSTY WINDS, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 205, 292, 293, AND 294......RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 8 PM MDT FRIDAY FOR GUSTY WINDS, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 205, 292, 293, AND 294...The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has issued a Red Flag Warning for gusty winds, low relative humidity and dry fuels, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. A Red Flag Warning has also been issued from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Friday.
AFFECTED AREA
In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 205 Colorado River Headwaters, Fire Weather Zone 292 North Fork Forecast Area, Fire Weather Zone 293 Gunnison Basin Forecast Area and Fire Weather Zone 294 Southwest Colorado Upper West Forecast Area.
TIMING
For the first Red Flag Warning, until 8 PM MDT this evening. For the second Red Flag Warning, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. For the third Red Flag Warning, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Friday.
