At 607 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms near Nucla, or 36 miles west of Montrose, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Nucla, Naturita, Slick Rock, and Vancorum.

This includes the following highways... Colorado 90 between mile markers 19 and 33. Colorado 141 between mile markers 54 and 73. Colorado 145 between mile markers 114 and 116.
