At 625 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms 21 miles south of Norwood, or 49 miles east of Monticello, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Naturita, Norwood, Placerville, and Redvale.

This includes the following highways... Colorado 62 between mile markers 1 and 5. Colorado 141 between mile markers 35 and 60. Colorado 145 between mile markers 84 and 116.
