At 211 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles southeast of Meeker, or 38 miles northwest of Glenwood Springs, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Meeker, Axial, and Buford.

This includes the following highways... Colorado 13 between mile markers 35 and 64. Colorado 64 between mile markers 71 and 73.
