At 313 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles west of Pagosa Springs, or 24 miles northwest of Dulce, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Pagosa Springs and Chimney Rock.

This includes U.S. Highway 160 in Colorado between mile markers 129 and 136, between mile markers 138 and 141, and between mile markers 148 and 151.
