Flood waters have receded...and are no longer expected to pose a threat to life or property. Please continue to heed any road closures. Excess runoff from heavy rain has ended over the warned area. If flooding has been observed...Please report it to your local law enforcement agency. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
