At 354 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Norwood, or 36 miles southwest of Montrose, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation and outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include... Norwood and Redvale.

This includes the following highways... Colorado 141 between mile markers 49 and 53. Colorado 145 between mile markers 99 and 113.
