Northbound and southbound open. Between Conga Mesa Road and Copper Spur Road (1 mile south of the McCoy area) at Mile Point 18. Rocks on the road. There is alternating traffic. Slower speeds are advised. Comment: Large rock blocking Northbound lane, use caution.
