Westbound through lanes closed; eastbound open. Between Elk Creek Road and Red Creek Road (15 to 16 miles west of the Gunnison area) from Mile Point 140 to Mile Point 139. Rocks on the road. There is alternating traffic. Slower speeds are advised.
