Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

WHERE

Portions of Garfield and Mesa Counties in and north of Mack CO along the West Salt Creek in northwest and west central Colorado.

WHEN

Until 200 AM MDT.

IMPACTS

Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

- At 1124 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... the West Salt Creek north of Mack CO down through town to the Colorado River. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
