Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

A portion of northwest Colorado, including the following county, Garfield.

Until 245 AM MDT.
IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 1139 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.2 and 0.4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... New Castle and Silt. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
