Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

Portions of west central Colorado, including the following county, Montrose and southeast Utah, including the following county, San Juan.

IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 328 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
