WHAT

Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

WHERE

A portion of west central Colorado, including the following counties, Delta and Montrose.

WHEN

Until 545 PM MDT.

IMPACTS

Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

- At 236 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms along over the Rubideau Creek and Criswell Creek drainages. This may cause downstream arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Rubideau and Criswell Creeks and nearby drainages. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 0.6 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
