Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

All of eastern Utah and western Colorado including several recent burn scars.

From 11 AM MDT this morning through late tonight.
IMPACTS
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Recent burn scars will be especially susceptible to flash flooding and debris flows.
