WHAT

Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

WHERE

All of eastern Utah and western Colorado including several recent burn scars.

WHEN

Through late tonight.

IMPACTS

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, streams, slot canyons, slick rock areas, recent burn scars, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
