WHAT
Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
WHERE
A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following counties, Dolores and Montezuma.
WHEN
Until 800 PM MDT.
IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 500 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.4 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rico and Dunton and areas along Highway 145. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
