Summer Spa Series: Relax, Refresh & Rejuvenate! ☀️🌸Treat yourself to some relaxation and self-care!
Katie from M.A.Y.A. Wellness Center will be offering two different services. You choose which one you would like and sit back and relax, while she does the work.
Option 1: enjoy a 10 minute massage! Focus on your neck/shoulders or your arms/hands and let your stress melt away.
Option 2: receive a set of "ear seeds". A non-invasive alternative to acupuncture to target a variety of concerns.
Come relax, laugh, and discover how a little self-care can brighten your day. You deserve it!
