An immersive sound experience designed to explore abundance through grounding, personal power, visibility, and our capacity to receive. We’ll begin with gratitude, intention setting, and a few questions to carry into the experience. Then lay back and relax as you are bathed in the gentle sound of Crystal singing bowls and soft gongs. You’ll leave feeling grounded, balanced, and with a renewed sense of what is possible in your life. Read more about sound healing.

The evening includes delicious, healthy small bites served with a non-alcoholic beverage or glass of wine. And an optional Winery Tour with Tasting after class.
