Summer Dance Intensive, ages 7.5-14

Take your training to the next level at our Summer Dance Intensive!

Dancers will spend four fun-filled mornings building technique, confidence, artistry, and performance skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Designed to provide focused growth in a short amount of time, this intensive delivers the equivalent of nearly a full semester of weekly training packed into one exciting week.

With 12 hours of instruction over four days, dancers receive focused coaching and individualized attention from some of the region’s most highly trained ballet instructors. The intensive is led by Miss Pang and Miss Natasha — two of the most extensively certified and experienced dance educators in our area — alongside Ms. Natalie, a former Weehawken dancer who is currently continuing her dance education at the collegiate level with the intent of becoming a professional instructor.

Dancers will participate in ballet technique, across-the-floor progressions, choreography, conditioning, artistry exercises, and creative movement activities designed to strengthen both technical skills and performance quality.

Because this intensive serves dancers ages 7.5–14, students will be divided into age- and level-appropriate groups throughout the week once enrollment is finalized. This allows instruction, choreography, and class pacing to be tailored to each group. A finalized daily schedule and group breakdown will be sent out the week prior to the intensive.

Registration will close July 8th so we can finalize class groupings, staffing, and scheduling based on enrollment.
