Turns & Leaps Thursday in Montrose with Miss Natalie

Cast TBD. Show Week is December 7-13.

Ages 12.5+, with prior Jazz or Ballet experience, or with instructor approval.
This foundational class focuses on the strength, alignment, and technique needed for clean turns and powerful leaps. Designed for dancers who have prior Jazz or Ballet experience with a desire to grow their skills in leaps and turns. Dancers will build ankle and core strength, improve flexibility, and develop proper placement to safely and confidently execute a variety of skills. In addition to technical drills, dancers will have the opportunity to explore expressive movement and apply their skills artistically by performing in the shows.

Students may wear dance or athletic clothing. No Jeans. Students should expect to dance barefoot as well as having either black jazz shoes of any brand or style AND/OR pink or skin tone ballet shoes of any brand or style. Hair must be pulled back and secured to stay out of the dancers face.
