B. TOWN OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED Wednesday, November 11, 2026, in observance of
Veterans Day.
C. TOWN OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED Thursday and Friday, November 26-27, 2026, in
observance of Thanksgiving.

Number 2941-032-00-156) Planned Development
The Board of Trustees will consider Ordinance 2026-14 & Resolution 2026-18 rezoning 3701
G Road (Parcel No. 2941-032-00-156), known as Kestrel Landing, from Hospitality
Agriculture to Planned Development and the Kestrel Landing Planned Development Final Plat
for a Major Subdivision.

2026-18 rezoning 3701 G Road (Parcel No. 2941-032-00-156), known as Kestrel
Landing, from Hospitality Agriculture to Planned Development and the Kestrel
Landing Planned Development Final Plat for a Major Subdivision, subject to the
conditions stated in the staff report, and based on the finding that the application meets
the applicable criteria of the Town of Palisade Land Development Code.

boardroom doors. Please keep comments to 3 MINUTES OR LESS and state your name and
address. Neither the Board of Trustees nor staff will respond to comments at this time. The Board may
direct staff to look into specific comments to bring back as an Agenda item at a future meeting; however,
the Board reserves the right to clarify information from comments that are factually incorrect.
All emails sent to the Town Clerk for public comment will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees. Any
member of the public who wishes to have a statement or email read to the Board of Trustees is required
to appear in person and make said statements to the Board directly.
