The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to review and make a
recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners regarding a Regular PUD
application made by Kilpin & Sandra Curry for a combined Preliminary and Final
Development Plan to subdivide a parcel of land located at 1615 Count Road 1 into 2
lots.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to review and make a
recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners regarding an application
made by Clifford Pastor for approval of an Exemption to subdivide a parcel of land
located at 6549 Count Road 24 into 2 lots.
