Montrose County Road and Bridge Department will begin Chip Seal application on August 10th on Begonia Road from 5500 Road to 5725 Road. Updates on other road application locations will be posted as the project proceeds.
What to expect:
• Short-term noise and temporary traffic slowdowns.
• Equipment and crew activity in/near the roadway.
• Temporary lane closures.
Important information for residents and drivers:
• Please drive slowly and watch for equipment entering/exiting the roadway.
• Avoid parking in work zones.
• Keep vehicles on the road surface and avoid sudden stops.
• Avoid making sharp turns on fresh chip seal.
