Description

Montrose County is inviting proposals from qualified firms of consultants to conduct a comprehensive Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) that contains the required components of SB24-174 for the defined limits outlined in subsequent sections of this report. Montrose County intends to use the findings to form a Housing Action Plan as required by SB24-174 at a future date.
