11. EXECUTIVE SESSION

This is an executive session for the purposes of receiving legal advice from the City’s Attorney on specific legal questions in accordance with C.R.S. section 24-6-402(4)(b). The executive session will also be held pursuant to C.R.S. section 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop negotiation strategy, and instruct negotiators. The subject of the executive session is regarding wastewater treatment plant issues.
