Aspen Police respond to injury crash downtown

Aspen, CO – Aspen Police responded to an injury crash, vehicle versus a juvenile on a scooter, in the 200 block of East Hyman on Thursday, July 9, at approximately 11:30 a.m.

The juvenile suffered unknown injuries and is being treated at Aspen Valley Health Medical Center. The incident is under investigation, and the APD’s accident investigations team are reconstructing the scene.

The Colorado State Patrol also responded, as well as Aspen Fire, Aspen Ambulance and the Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office.
