Board.

Castrodale,
Ouray
County
Planning
Director
asked
about
the
housing
needs
study,
and
offered
to
be
the
County's
representative.
All
three
commissioners,
Kara
Rhoades,
Ouray
County
Interim
County
Manager,
and
Director
Castrodale
discussed
the
housing
needs
study
and
the
County's
representation.
Leo
Caselli,
Ouray
County
Attorney
suggested
this
could
come
for
formal
agreement
at
the
next
meeting.

minutes.

the
consent

All
three
commissioners
discussed
changes
to
the

minutes,
which
included
limiting
back-and-forth
conversation
and
improving
context
when
referring
to
previous
meetings.
All
three
commissioners
agreed
to
bring

minutes

discussed.

Declaring
June
2025
as
Immigrant
Heritage
Month:
Presented
by
Kaisa
Simon,
with
Tri-County
Health.
Commissioner
Niece
noted
that
most
American
citizens
are
the
descendants
of
immigrants,
and
that
this
is
an
important
proclamation
due
to
the
federal
government's
current
narrative
on
immigrants.
