RESOLUTION NO. 2022-R-___

RESOLUTION TO ADD SHILO COURT AND CHANTELLE LANE TO THE ROAD MAINTENANCE

UNDER THE DELTA COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Delta County (Board) have authority under
Sections 43-2-109, 43-2-110, 43-2-11, Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) to designate primary
and secondary Delta County public roads and to designate such roads for construction maintenance; and

WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Delta County Determines, at least annually,
Which roads should be placed on (added to) the Delta County Road system for operation and
Maintenance; and

WHEREAS, for various reasons maintenance should be extended to some roads; and

WHEREAS, attached hereto as Exhibit “A” is a map of Roads to be added to the Delta County
Road Maintenance program; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Delta County as
follows:

1. That Exhibit “A” attached hereto specifying and designating roads to be added to the County
   Road maintenance program is hereby approved and adopted by the Board of County
   Commissioners of Delta County.
