The City Council special session is held in the Council Chambers on the second floor
of City Hall, located at 201 West Virginia Avenue, Gunnison, CO. Public remote

I. Presiding Officer Calls Special Session to Order (silent roll call)
II. Utility Billing Dispute, 312 ½ S. Boulevard
Background: The City of Gunnison conducts hearings regarding possible termination
of utility service in accordance with Title 12 Utilities, Chapter 12.40 Utility Service
Rates, Rules and Regulations, 12.40.030(E)(4)(a-f) of the Gunnison Municipal Code.
A hearing was held on September 3, 2026. Council requested a response from City
staff, which Council will consider and potentially issue a decision on the matter.
