Work Session – Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 5:00pm
The joint work session is held in Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, 201 W.
Virginia on the second floor in Gunnison, Colorado, with remote access available via
Zoom. The public may attend the joint meeting between City Council and the Planning
and Zoning Commission in-person or via Zoom with phone or computer access.

II. Onboarding
Background: This meeting is part of the onboarding process and will include a
facilitated review by Rocky Piro, PhD, FAICP of short and long-term planning
processes and the essential partnership between the Council and Commission.
