Community members invited to review proposed facility improvements

Aspen, CO - The city of Aspen invites community members to review the proposed conceptual designs for the Aspen Golf Clubhouse Facilities Master Plan during two informal outreach events at the Aspen Golf Clubhouse:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 27, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

  • Thursday, Oct. 29, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

The Aspen Golf Club Facilities Master Plan is a community-driven effort to evaluate the existing facilities and identify potential improvements to the clubhouse and surrounding amenities to better serve Aspen’s recreational community.

Throughout the planning process, the city has gathered input from golfers, tennis and Nordic users, community members, and other stakeholders to understand how the facilities are used and where improvements may be needed. Key considerations include clubhouse functionality, shared spaces, year-round recreational use, parking and circulation, and creating a welcoming experience for all users.

Building on feedback from previous public engagement opportunities, the project team has developed conceptual designs exploring potential improvements to the facilities. During the upcoming outreach events, team members will be available to walk participants through the designs, answer questions, and collect additional feedback. Community input will help inform the next phase of planning and refinement of the master plan.

Community members are welcome to stop by at any time during either event. No formal presentation is planned, and participation is open to all interested community members.
